This chart attempts to show the areas which a trainer most often specializes in. There is a random factor in the amount of training and which attributes are increased, so your mileage may vary. The sole exception seems to be Sentri if he is a member of the party who will always give +1 combat and +1 dexterity. Whether or not using Exult makes a difference is unknown.
This chart is based on a very similar one I printed out many years ago and looks pretty good printed out on one page. If anyone has further information on how this works, please let me know.
